Clare is a practising GP in West Sussex. She is also a CEDR-accredited mediator with a qualifying law degree, who support GP partnerships, practices, PCNs and Federations going through a dispute. Clare has held executive level positions at Local Medical Committees and recently sat on the BMA’s General Practitioners committee before resigning publicly. She is Co-CEO of The Well-led Practice, which she co-founded with Oscar Mathew to provide practices and PCNs with easy-to-use self-development tools for their leadership and team development.
