Craig is an award-winning Clinical Psychologist who leads both aimyourteam.com and project5.org. He is the author of the book, "Leading Primary Care: Resilience, Team Culture and Innovation". Aimyourteam are a specialist Psychology service that support Primary Care teams and leaders towards both personal and organisational resilience (coaching, training, retreats etc). Project5 is a not-for-profit that provides free burnout avoidance support sessions for NHS staff, nationally. Craig spent 22 years as an NHS Psychologist, before setting up both of these ventures.
