Dan Charles is Associate Director at Interface Clinical Services, an IQVIA business, where he leads NHS innovation and service development across primary care. With a background in pharmacy and over a decade of experience in healthcare delivery, Dan works closely with NHS organisations to co-design practical, data-informed solutions that improve patient outcomes and support system transformation. Dan’s work spans proactive care frameworks, population health management, and clinical pathway optimisation, with a particular focus on cardiovascular disease, respiratory care, and multimorbidity. He has contributed to national programmes such as CVDACTION and supports the rollout of NICE-aligned guidance through digital tools and clinical engagement. Known for his collaborative approach, Dan regularly engages with PCNs, ICBs, and frontline teams to understand local challenges and tailor scalable interventions. He is a strong advocate for using real-world data to drive equitable care, including targeted support for underserved populations.
