Dani Smith is an Organisational Development Manager at Mayflower Medical Centre, a GP Practice in Harwich, part of the Tendring District of North East Essex. This is a new matrix managed role with the SNEE Training Hub for 2024 to support with primary care transformation. Dani started her career as a Physiotherapist and has since progressed to Management roles in a variety of settings, utilising experiences and skills from participating in the first cohort of the Integrated Care Fellowship with the Integrated Care Academy. She has also recently become a Primary Care Transformation Peer Ambassador, working alongside NHS England and colleagues across the nation to champion transformation and modern general practice.
