Dr David Wrigley is a 6 session GP partner in Carnforth, North Lancashire in a large 24,000 patient rural practice. He was elected deputy chair of GPC England in the summer of 2022 and leads on the digital workstream for GPCE. He has been highlighting concerns about the online access to records programme for over a year now and will explain the ongoing concerns of the profession.
