Dennis had been working in primary care since 2020 when the Covid pandemic was in its full swing. Prior to this, he worked in mainstream NHS in different roles and settings - both in the in-patient and in the community including CRHT, Street Triage, MH Liaison and Urgent Care Service.
His role is to help develop and design a bespoke MH service tailored to the needs of the community and to also implement them. He currently has a team of PTE Band 7 RMN, mental health pharmacist, and 2 social prescribers to help deliver mental health services in primary care with 35,000 patients located in East Sussex
