Dr Dimitris Papamargaritis is an Associate Professor and Honorary Consultant in Diabetes and Endocrinology at University of Leicester/ University Hospitals of Northamptonshire NHS Group. His clinical and research interests include understanding how to best combine lifestyle, pharmacological and surgical treatments for management of obesity and type 2 diabetes. He is SCOPE certified, a Trustee of the Association for the Study of Obesity and an EASO National Clinical Fellow. He is also member of the academic committee of the Association of British Clinical Diabetologists.
