Mike Brooks is a lived experience partner embedded in the musculoskeletal service at the Midlands Partnership University Foundation Trust, (MPUFT). Offering the patients’ perspective across a range of integration and transformation projects to increase patient and public engagement, involvement and empowerment Mike still works a week a month in the Emergency Department, and leads the software development team at PatientSource.
