Liz Davies is a Panned Care Policy Lead in the Welsh Government focusing on policy to develop new and innovative ways of delivering planned care to support recovery and ensure sustainable services across Wales. During her career, Liz has worked as a senior nurse in primary and secondary care, health care lecturer, national lead in clinical research, local government service improvement in health service management and service improvement. Liz lives in Brecon with her husband and their black Labrador Hugo Boris.
