Emily is an experienced economist and consultant and leads Sonnet’s impact evaluation and measurement work. Emily began her career in the public sector working for a decade as a government economist in His Majesty’s Revenue and Customs (HMRC), the Office for Budget Responsibility (OBR), Monitor (now NHS England) and the Care Quality Commission (CQC) in a variety of policy, appraisal and evaluation-focused roles. Prior to Sonnet she worked in the Ernst & Young (EY) Economic Advisory team leading projects in government policy, health and life sciences.
