A qualified DN, and a proud Queen's Nurse, Emma has worked in the community setting for over 20 years in a variety of clinical, managerial and system leadership roles. Since joining NHSE/I in 2018 Emma has also been a key member of the Community Services and Ageing Well Programme Team, leading on the roll out of the EHCH framework. Emma is passionate about promoting and showcasing the exceptionally skilled and complex work that happens in the community setting. Emma is also a qualified professional coach with a passion for supporting the learning, development and growth of others, and has recently embarked on a PhD.
