Dr Faris Al-Ramadani is a GP Partner, PCN Clinical Director, entrepreneur, and digital health leader dedicated to transforming healthcare for the benefit of patients, professionals, and communities. With extensive frontline and strategic experience across the NHS, he specialises in bridging clinical realities with organisational ambitions and technological innovation. His work with HealthTech organisations and care providers has accelerated meaningful and sustainable improvements in patient care. A passionate advocate for digital transformation, Dr Al-Ramadani has led initiatives that integrate clinical expertise with innovation. He developed the Healthy Minds Hub, improving access to community mental health services, and spearheaded the creation of a Multidisciplinary PCN Neighbourhood Team, enhancing collaboration and patient outcomes. Under his leadership, St Wulfstan Surgery was awarded HSJ Primary & Community Care Provider of the Year 2024, and his PCN was shortlisted as Primary Care Network of the Year 2024. Alongside clinical leadership, Dr Al-Ramadani has supported multiple HealthTech pilots, collaborated with developers to refine products, and pioneered the implementation of ambient AI-scribe technology, improving both patient and clinician experience.
