Fran is the Senior Programme Manager at NHS England, supporting the development of the non-clinical workforce in general practice . Fran joined the national team in January 2022 and has many years of NHS programme management experience and has held roles locally and nationally to support workforce development and transformation. Fran is a keen advocate of co-production and engagement with stakeholders and partners through the development of networks to ensure their needs are central to support the workforce to deliver high quality care for patients.
