Dr Hannan Chaudery is a dual specialist in Anaesthesia & Intensive Care Medicine, and Chief Technology Officer of GP Triage. Alongside his clinical work, he combines frontline medical expertise with a background in computational statistics and data science to deliver digital health solutions that directly improve patient care.
Born and raised in London, Dr Chaudery trained at Barts and the London School of Medicine and has published internationally on big-data analysis in surgery and critical care. His work has been recognised with several national prizes in anaesthetics and research.
In 2023, Dr Chaudery co-founded GP Triage to tackle the nationwide access crisis in primary care. He led the development of GP Triage’s groundbreaking AI Triage system, which rapidly achieved regulatory approval and went live in NHS practices – and is benfitting tens of thousands of patients by eliminating the 8am bottleneck, reducing administrative burden, and ensuring urgent cases are prioritised safely.
Under his leadership, GP Triage has secured significant investment, grown rapidly in the market, and continues to scale across the UK. Passionate about innovation with real-world impact, Dr Chaudery is committed to building technology that empowers patients, supports clinicians, and strengthens the future sustainability of the NHS.
