Helen is an experienced Business Manager with nearly 10 years of expertise in Primary Care as a Managing Partner and Practice Manager. She has a strong background in practice management, compliance, and digital solutions that support Primary Care. Helen has implemented digital tools to address common challenges, including early adoption of remote care in Nursing Homes. She has also led practice mergers and scaled operations effectively. Helen’s expertise extends to compliance, having led her practice to achieve an outstanding rating in all five CQC domains, placing them in the top 1-2% in the UK. She has also worked on CQC inspection teams and presented at the Ministry of Defence Excellence in Primary Care Conference in 2018. Dillon brings over 30 years of experience in the NHS and healthcare sector, with a focus on policy, product, and service implementation. He has successfully managed change in GP practices, transitioning them to digital-first environments. As a Senior Programme Manager, Dillon now works with ICBs, PCNs, and practices to navigate the digital agenda and enhance care for both staff and patients.
