Iwona has been dealing with the accountancy, tax and other financial matters facing GP practices and the wider medical profession for over fifteen years. During her time as a specialist, she has worked with a broad range of clients, from single handed GP Practices to Super Partnerships, assisting clients with a variety of issues facing both Practices and GPs individually, from succession planning and cloud accounting, to tax efficiencies and drawings strategies. She has a particular interest in simplifying the jargon surrounding GP finances and bringing commercial focus to the medical profession as it evolves. Her goal is to identify and tackle daily operational challenges GP practices face to help them grow and become more resilient.
