I have worked in the NHS for the last 18 years. Through this time, I have worked various roles within Primary Care but also supported Secondary and Community Care. I joined South Blaby and Lutterworth PCN in August 2021. I currently provide support to the PCN and the five Core Network Practices. We are a mature PCN that work collaboratively and aim to provide good quality care to patients that is local and accessible. Alongside my work with the PCN, I am part of the Primary Care Transformation Faculty Team and have worked with several PCNs nationally. Alongside my colleague in North Blaby, we developed the Blaby Integrated Neighbourhood Team to create a ‘Team of Teams’ supporting the wider stakeholders and improving patient care and the patients journey through collaborative working. I also co-chair the Market Harborough Integrated Neighbourhood Team. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my son and enjoy playing golf when its not raining.
