Professor (Dr) James P. Kingsland OBE is a physician, academic, and global healthcare policy advisor with more than 40 years' experience in primary care, health system transformation, and digital health. A GP and Clinical Professor, he has advised governments and international organisations across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and North America on healthcare reform, regulation, and AI-enabled health systems. He co-designed England's Primary Care Networks and chairs the UK Digital Clinical Excellence Forum. Awarded an OBE for services to medicine and healthcare, Professor Kingsland is recognised internationally for advancing equitable, resilient, and patient-centred healthcare through innovation, leadership, and collaboration.
