Jennie Dock is an experienced Practice Business Manager on the South Coast, and has worked in practices of different sizes, in the ICB and been a PM invitee at the LMC. Jennie currently helps administer the Practice Manager Facebook group and has an MBA in Strategic Leadership. In her free time, she enjoys painting and has no problem being known as a crazy cat lady! Jennie has had a wide range of experience, including introducing online consultations and total triage, changing clinical system suppliers, Partnership disputes, and recently a merger of two large practices. Over her career, Jennie has overseen transformative initiatives in digital healthcare adoption, workforce planning, and quality improvement—helping her practices navigate the evolving demands of primary care with responsiveness and innovation. She is particularly passionate about creating supportive working environments, looking after staff, building systems that enable clinicians to deliver exceptional care, and most importantly, promoting resilience in Practice Managers.
