Justin specialises in providing legal advice to the primary care healthcare sector, and has nearly 30 years’ experience. Justin’s healthcare and public sector focus encompasses advice on governance and commercial issues for primary care networks (PCNs) GP alliances and federations and GP partnership issues, including mergers and disputes. Justin also advises companies to provide services and software solutions and to collaborate with the NHS. He was at the forefront of setting up PCNs and now is part of the Hempsons’ primary care team supporting them as they mature.
