Director of Primary Care Nursing and WTI, Londonwide LMCs
Kathryn is Director of Primary Care Nursing, Workforce, Transformation and Innovation at Londonwide LMCs. Kathryn is responsible for workforce, training and professional development. Kathryn is a nurse, health visitor and nurse teacher and has worked across London in a variety of positions within health, education and social care. Kathryn is currently an honorary lecturer at KSCUL and the Governing Body Nurse member for Kingston CCG and Richmond CCG and a board member for Kingston CEPN/ training hub. Kathryn is currently seconded to NHSE delivering on the GPN 10-point plan specific to clinical supervision and is also a clinical supervisor, trainer and consultant. She was formerly a lead for practice learning at Kingston and St George’s University of London, before taking her previous post as National Professional lead for primary, community and integrated care at the Royal College of Nursing. Kathryn is a board member of the RSM General Practice Section and editorial board member of Primary Health care Journal.
