Dr Kathryn Brown is a GP and Clinical Director from Oxford. She was a GP partner for 5 years before becoming a PCN Clinical Director and Salaried GP. She is also a member of the NHS confederation PCN Network national reference group giving PCN perspectives on issues ranging from the the PCN DES to vaccination and NHS England policies. Kathryn is passionate about health inequalities and quality improvement and her PCN was recently a wave 2 site for the national population health management programme. She knows first hand the challenges of being a PCN clinical director and PCN development especially in the current climate and is keen to ensure that PCNs bring benefit to both patients and practices, and can contribute to a sustainable and high quality primary care service.
