Dr. Kerri Sallis is a General Practitioner and Deputy Medical Director at Primary Integrated Community Services (PICS), where she has played a pivotal role in clinical leadership since 2015. With over a decade of experience in integrated care, Kerri brings a strategic and patient-centred approach to service design and delivery across Nottinghamshire.
In addition to her role at PICS, a Clinical Director in Nottingham, where she has led innovative work focused on cardiovascular disease (CVD), translating national ambitions into practical, local solutions. Her previous role within the Nottingham Integrated Care System gave her valuable experience in clinical design and digital transformation, particularly around pathway optimisation and system integration.
Her expertise in clinical governance and pathway optimisation is further reflected in her position as a committee member of the Nottinghamshire Local Medical Committee, where she advocates for GP representation and system-wide collaboration.
Known for her thoughtful leadership and commitment to integrated care, Kerri continues to influence the evolution of primary care services through her work in clinical design, workforce development, and system integration.
