Kim Palmer has worked as a Physiotherapist in the NHS for the last 13 years, specialising in Paediatric Respiratory care. Alongside her clinical role in the NHS, Kim is a Primary care educator focussing on workforce development and multi-professional education for Primary Care School South Yorkshire. Kim is also an associate lecturer in Physiotherapy across all programmes at Sheffield Hallam University: where she was previously a full time member of staff, gaining a Post graduate diploma in Higher Education. She is passionate about supervision and education in clinical practice and improving care in long term conditions as Yorkshire representative for the Association of Physiotherapists in Cystic Fibrosis. Kim's clinical carer ambitions include developing an outstanding community respiratory service for children in Derbyshire and as an Advanced Clinical Practitioner.
