Practice Educator, EOLP
Kirsten trained as a GP in Scotland, then worked as a salaried GP in Staffordshire. After leaving work to raise a young family, Kirsten decided to take a side ways step in her career and joined The End of Life Partnership (EOLP). EOLP is a charity whose mission is "To educate, innovate and collaborate so that families, communities and care providers are empowered to care with confidence and compassion at end of life". Kirsten has worked part time for EOLP since 2013 as a Practice Educator/Facilitator supporting projects and training for Primary Care and Secondary Care staff primarily relating to Advance Care Planning, Electronic Palliative Care Coordination System (EPaCCs) and communication skills.
