Laura runs the Ardens Manager side of the Ardens organisation including the overall operations and the development of new features with a particular focus on design and user experience. James rejoined the Ardens team in 2024 as our Commercial Manager. He spends a significant proportion of his working week speaking to PCNs and ICBs, understanding what their needs are and introducing them to using data to drive decision through Ardens Manager. Since its launch in 2020, Ardens Manager has grown to provide dashboards to over 2,700 GP Practices as well as multiple PCNs, Federations and ICSs across England. It now provides a wide range of dashboards such as Appointments, Local Commissioned Services, Long Term Conditions, Prescribing, Vaccinations, Referrals, QOF, IIF and more. Together, these dashboards empower PCNs to optimise performance and evidence improve patient care.
