Over the last 15 years, Luke has worked closely with the NHS providing digital solutions and pathway redesign, as a patient engagement expert. Formally Head of Population Health, he worked alongside NHSE/I and ICBs to deliver national screening programmes, diabetes prevention programmes and mental health services.
