Max’s goal is to have a significant impact in NHS Primary Care, recognising inefficiencies and underutilised technology that result in poor access for patients and strain on the system. Driven by a passion for using technology to make the world a better place for humans, he joined and helped scale the Primary Care digital transformation consultancy Hanley Consulting with founder, Sharon Hanley. Max now brings his expertise in building and aligning systems with his human-first approach to X-on Health, helping to develop and deploy the Intelligent Care Navigation System that directly addresses the core challenges of primary care. His work is dedicated to embedding integrated workflows and care pathways for improved health outcomes.
