Maxine McCoy leads on Breast Cancer Now's development and delivery of support services for people with breast cancer. These comprise 1-1 peer support and group programmes, including the award-winning Moving Forward course for those completing hospital-based treatment, and supporting thousands of people each year, both online and face-to-face across the UK. Maxine is passionate about improving patient experience, and oversees the charity's Service Pledge initiative, which works in partnership with hospital trusts and their breast cancer patients to collaborate on tailored action plans that improve the care and support provided.
