Mohammed is the lead pharmacist for the Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust's PCN Pharmacy team. Mohammed is passionate about the role of pharmacy professionals working in primary care and their potential to provide high quality services to patients and support practice teams. Mohammed's experience of having worked in a variety of pharmacy sectors, allows him to engage with multiple stakeholders and care providers across primary care to develop and deliver joined up services for the residents of Northamptonshire.
