Nick Sharples is the Managing Partner of DNA Insight, the leading healthcare training consultancy focusing on all aspects of Personalised Care. Nick has been involved in the development of the Personalised Care syllabus since its inception, and has worked with the NHS and the Personalised Care Institute in the development of the job descriptions and workforce development frameworks for the three Personalised Care roles. With a range of regular training programmes to support these roles, Nick and his team train and speak to around 100 Personalised Care staff each month, giving him a unique insight into the many different ways in which the three ARRS roles (Social Prescriber, Care Coordinator and Health Coach) are deployed and employed within PCNs, and more widely throughout Primary Care.
