Nigel's wide-ranging expertise includes Behavioural Science and Data Analytics. He spearheaded the establishment of the Caja Behavioural Science Practice and has been instrumental in pioneering the application of behavioural science concepts, particularly in Primary Care and Population Health. His work has earned significant recognition, including two Association of Business Psychology (ABP) Awards for Excellence in Change Management.
