Clinician and Executive Director, Resilience + Co
Pippa trained as a nurse, was Director of the Queen’s Nursing Institute and became a health reform strategist. She has led programmes of transformation in the UK, Middle East and Australia. In the UK she specialised in accident and emergency care and was Head of Urgent Care, Department of Health. She was the Principal Advisor in the Prime Minister’s Cabinet Office of Public Service Reform and has held chief executive roles in the NHS and the Homeless Sector. In 2016 Pippa met Tom and Nic and together they used the film Starfish to raise awareness about sepsis across the NHS, schools and universities, and NHS England. This began the journey of establishing a motivational speaking business Resilience + Co. We have now travelled all over the country spreading the word about sepsis and resilience. We are keen to speak to as many of audiences as possible because sepsis does not discriminate and can strike at any moment.
