Dr Badiani graduated from Imperial College, University of London in 2007. Following this, he returned to Leicester to complete his junior doctor training which led to his qualification as a GP in 2012. After spending 18-months as a locum in various local practices, he joined Forest House Medical Centre in 2014 as a GP partner. Since 2020 Dr Badiani has taken on the role as a board member for the North Blaby Primary Care Network. This subsequently evolved to him becoming the Accountable Clinical Director for the network. Dr Badiani is an ELR GP Federation director and has recently taken on the role of chair. Away from work Dr Badiani lives in North Leicestershire. When time allows, he enjoys running, playing football and spending time with his young family.
