Digital Upskilling Programme National Manager, Staffordshire STP
Rachel is a national project manager promoting the technology enabled care services (TECS) upskilling programme across England. Rachel currently manages the national general practice nursing action learning set programme to create digital nurse champions - developing confidence, capability and capacity via delivery of accessible technology and prevention of avoidable illness, to empower patients and improve healthcare outcomes. Previously Rachel worked within the public sector for Stoke-on-Trent Clinical Commissioning Group and prior to this managed large teams nationally in the retail sector. Rachel has built on her knowledge and expertise providing project management support to innovative programmes to digitally upskill citizens and clinicians.
