Rebecca qualified as a solicitor in 2006 and has been advising healthcare organisations on their property transactions since 2007. She has a wide range of experience and a deep understanding of the specific needs of healthcare clients, offering guidance and support to her clients on the property aspects arising out of organisational change and service re-configuration.
Rebecca primarily advises clients on landlord and tenant transactions including the negotiation of leases, agreements for lease, licences, deeds of variations, assignments and surrenders. She has significant experience acting on complex disposals of surplus land for development involving overage as well as acting for clients purchasing new freehold premises. In addition to advising NHS entities, Rebecca has developed a growing practice acting for GP partnerships taking both new and renewal leases and advising on the symbiosis with their NHS service contract and the particularities of NHS Premises Funding.
Rebecca graduated from the University of Reading with a law degree before undertaking the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Chester.
