After a background training in General Surgery, Roy became a GP partner in 2008 based in Stourport on Severn in Worcestershire. As chair of the local GP Association Roy led a merger of 6 (now 5) practices in the Wyre Forest to form the Wyre Forest Health Partnership, a multisite partnership, now a single PCN. Roy is the PCN Clinical Director and part of the CD leadership team for Worcestershire and also the Digital Clinical lead for Primary Care. Roy’s main focus is on integrated care, reducing inequalities, working with local communities, improving representation of General Practice as a provider and Quality Improvement in Primary Care.
