Dr Rupa Joshi is a GP and managing partner. She is a PCN CD, deputy chair of Berkshire West primary care alliance and clinical advisor for the primary care transformation team. As part of this team, Rupa provides training and support for practices and PCNs in quality improvement. Rupa is also chair for the workforce and estates design group at NHS Confederation and a facilitator for Phoenix GP.
