Focusing predominantly on General Practice workforce, Sarah assists Devon's 31 PCNs and 121 GP practices by managing projects to support the recruitment and retention of Primary Care staff, which includes National programmes such as New to Practice Fellowship, Supporting Mentors Scheme and the Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme (ARRS). Over the last 18months Sarah has collaborated with Primary Care Nurse Lead Sarah Hall on the GPN Legacy Mentor programme achieving local, regional and National recognition, and is leading on the NEW2GPN programme for Devon.
