I have over 15 years of experience within the NHS, and 9 years Practice Management experience. I have been the Practice Business Manager for Harborough Field Surgery since 2017 and the point of contact as lead practice for the PCN since it was formed in 2019. I believe myself to be an effective communicator who is skilled at coaching and empowering my team to act and work towards a common goal centred around better patient care, outcomes & safety.
