A graduate of the Health Services Management Centre, University of Birmingham with an MSc in Managing Quality in Healthcare, Suzy has worked in the acute sector of the NHS since 1999 in a variety of operational, transformation, quality improvement and project management roles across the South of England. Examples of her work have been recognised in presentations and publications both nationally and internationally. Since 2012, Suzy has worked for Hampshire Hospitals having most recently moved to the position of Head of Chief Medical Officer’s Services where she oversees the Primary Care Liaison Service as part of her overall portfolio.
