Tania has over 40 years experience in healthcare and has run her own Practice Management Consulting business since 2004. She currently manages 3 General Practices on the outskirts of Melbourne, Australia, is a Trainer for University of New England Partnerships (UNEP) delivering Practice Management and Medical Reception qualifications, and works as an accreditation surveyor for Australian General Practice Accreditation Limited (AGPAL). She has presented at workshops for Australian Association of Practice Management, Australian Medical Association, Australian Practice Nurses Association, AGPAL, Primary Health Networks and UNEP on topics such as Accreditation and Quality Improvement, Risk Management, Strategic and Business planning, HR and performance management, customer service skills and foundations of Practice Management.
