Important notice

There are limited free places for public sector and qualified health professional delegates. To ensure these are distributed as widely as possible, we have implemented a non-attendance charge.

A £99 charge will be applied per non attending delegate. In the event of a delegate not attending the show and not cancelling their place before Wednesday 3rd October 2018, we reserve the right to invoice £99 per non-attendee after the event.

We understand that circumstances can change, so you can cancel places at any point up to the Wednesday 3rd October 2018 without any charge and we will re-allocate your place to another delegate.

There is NO CHARGE for qualifying delegates with complimentary tickets who attend the event even for just a few hours on one day.

You will only be charged in the event that you do not attend the show and do not cancel before Wednesday 3rd October 2018.

Cancellations can be made by accessing the online cancellation form - click here.

  • "I attended last year and was impressed. It is really useful to get details on the national and strategic agenda. It’s also great to have the DDA incorporated so I can attend some sessions there too, plus it is a time to speak to the suppliers you want to, when you have time, unlike in the practice!"

  • "Best Practice has been great to get up to date with clinical, admin and technology aspects. There is a good variety of talks here."
