Registering online before the event allows us to complete all necessary checks and confirm your delegate ticket before you come to the event.

We are delighted to offer free delegate passes (worth £799+VAT) to healthcare professionals (HCPs) and other relevant decision makers (ORDMs) working directly for the NHS in a general practice and/or primary care setting.

Additionally, free passes are available for relevant HCPs and ORDMs working in private practice in a primary care capacity.

HCPs can access the exhibition floor and all conference sessions. ORDMs can access the exhibition and conference, with the exception of conference sessions that are sponsored by pharmaceutical companies.

ORDMs are advised not to engage with pharmaceutical exhibiting companies.

Social care staff are not allowed to attend.

Important notice

Students

Best Practice Birmingham & Respiratory Professional Care is sponsored by pharmaceutical organisations and contains prescribing information, therefore undergraduate students are not permitted to attend the event to comply with the ABPI code of practice. In order to attend this event, you will need to be a trainee healthcare professional with a registered training number or equivalent.

Important notice

International delegates and commercial companies

If you reside outside the UK, are not a UK-registered healthcare professional, or work for a commercial company you will not qualify for free ticket but can purchase a pass.

International delegate and commercial passes are priced at £799+VAT. Your paid delegate badge will provide you access to both the exhibition and conference - with the exception of pharmaceutical exhibiting companies and conference sessions sponsored by pharmaceutical companies.

Please note that international and commercial delegates will be invoiced £799+VAT if they attend the event under a complimentary pass reserved for healthcare professionals. To ensure only healthcare professionals apply for complimentary passes we ask for you to sign a disclaimer agreement at the beginning of the registration form.

Please also note that all paid registrations are subject to an additional transaction fee of £4 per transaction.

International delegates can request an invitation letter for visa purposes when purchasing their international delegate pass for an additional fee of £99+VAT. Invitation letters will only be issued to those who have purchased an international delegate pass and paid the invitation letter charge.

Please note: as this is primarily a free to attend event, we do not provide free food and beverages; however, some sponsored conference sessions will provide either a breakfast or lunch bag. These sessions will be marked on the programme. Alternatively, the venue has a whole host of food and drink outlets.

Once you have completed your registration, you will receive an email informing you of your registration status. If your registration status is ‘approved’ then your registration is complete and your place is confirmed.

If your registration status is ‘pending’ then we need to conduct some additional checks before confirming your delegate ticket. We aim to complete all additional checks to verify pending registrations within three working days.

Closer to the event, you'll receive further information about the programme, exhibitors, event features, how to use the event app, and how to access your delegate badge.

Yes. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided during registration.

If you do not receive your email within a few minutes, please check your junk or spam folder before contacting the event team for assistance.

All conference sessions are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are included with your delegate pass. Simply attend the sessions that are most relevant to your role and interests during the event.

Don’t worry if a session you want to attend is full, all attendees will get access to the session recordings a few weeks after the show.

Yes. Delegates can earn accredited CPD points by attending educational sessions throughout the event.

To ensure your attendance is recorded, remember to have your badge scanned when entering the exhibition hall and conference theatres.

Your personal information will be used to process your registration, manage your event experience, and provide important event updates.

Information may also be shared with carefully selected event partners and exhibitors where you choose to engage with them during the event, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations.
